It was such a great experience building a new home. At first I was very nervous because the sales agent Carrie suggested a home to me based on floor plan only, no model and I didn’t live in state while the build was happening. Carrie took time to consistently update my husband and I every step of the way. My house is complete and Carrie was 1000% correct by offering the floor plan. I want to formerly thank our Sales Agent Carrie Williams for her exceptional service. My husband and I were disappointed that the Raleigh house that we toured and fell in love with was already sold, but Carrie informed me that a Raleigh plan with a basement on the golf course had recently began construction and if you think you are in love with this house you will really love the upcoming Raleigh with a basement. She informed us it was the Raleigh house on steroids and she didn't lead us astray because it ended up being our dream home. We thank God everyday for allowing us to meet Ms. Carrie she encouraged us and was with us every step of the way during the purchase of our new home and she told us both "What God has for us is for us". Our dreams and prayers finally came true on June the 6th 2023 and we are proud Homeowner's at the Lakeview Heron Bay Community! Our only regret we never got to take our photo with Ms. Carrie in front of our new home. We love you Ms Carrie!
